1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the sasan.systems website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. About sasan.systems
The Site is an informational and marketing site for sasan.systems and its products, which currently include the 7 Stripes mobile application. The Site itself does not provide accounts, paid services, or transactional features.
Downloadable products such as 7 Stripes are distributed through third-party app stores and are governed by their own end-user license agreements and the terms of the applicable app store. Those agreements are separate from these Terms.
3. Permitted Use
The Site is provided for your personal, informational use. You agree not to: attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems; interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the Site; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software made available through the Site; scrape, harvest, or collect content from the Site by automated means in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load; or use the contact form to send spam, unlawful content, or content that infringes the rights of others.
We may suspend or restrict access to the Site, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including the sasan.systems name and logo, the 7 Stripes name and icon, text, graphics, layouts, and other materials, is owned by sasan.systems or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right to use any of these materials beyond viewing the Site for its intended purpose.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Site without our prior written consent.
5. Third-Party Products and Links
7 Stripes and any other downloadable products referenced on the Site are subject to their own terms, which are presented at the point of download. Pricing, availability, refunds, and product behavior are governed by those terms and by the applicable app store.
The Site may include links to third-party websites or resources. Those links are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.
6. Disclaimers
The Site and all content on it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
Any weather information referenced in marketing for 7 Stripes is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for official forecasts, advisories, or warnings issued by national meteorological services and should not be relied on for safety-critical decisions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sasan.systems and its owners, contributors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site exceed one hundred United States dollars (USD $100), or the amount you have paid to us for use of the Site (which is zero, as the Site charges no fees), whichever is greater.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after a revision indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
