1. Introduction
sasan.systems respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect on this website (the “Site”) and how we handle it. It applies to your use of the Site only.
Standalone products distributed by sasan.systems, such as the 7 Stripes mobile application, may have their own privacy notices presented through the relevant app store at the time of download. Those notices govern those products and are separate from this Policy.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the information you choose to provide through the contact form on the Site: your name, your email address, and the content of the message you send us.
The Site does not require an account, and we do not currently use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or cross-site profiling tools. Our hosting provider may automatically generate standard server logs, which can include IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, and timestamps. These logs are used to keep the Site reliable and to detect or prevent abuse.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information you submit through the contact form to read and respond to your inquiry, to keep a reasonable record of correspondence, and to follow up where appropriate. We use server logs to operate, maintain, and secure the Site, and to comply with our legal obligations.
We do not use information you submit to build advertising profiles and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share information you submit through the contact form with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Site, such as hosting and email-delivery providers, and only to the extent necessary for them to perform those services on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of sasan.systems, our users, or others.

The Site does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies. The hosting platform may use essential cookies or similar technologies for security and basic operation of the Site.
If we begin using analytics or other non-essential tracking in the future, we will update this Policy and, where required by applicable law, request your consent before doing so.
6. Data Retention
We retain contact-form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and to maintain a record of the correspondence, after which we delete or anonymize the information. You may request earlier deletion at any time by contacting us through the contact form.
Server logs are retained for a limited period consistent with our hosting provider’s standard practices and our security needs.
7. Your Choices and Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have submitted through the Site by contacting us through the contact form on the home page. We will respond within a reasonable time and consistent with applicable law.
Texas residents and residents of other United States jurisdictions with applicable privacy laws may have additional rights regarding their personal information. We will honor those rights to the extent required by law. If we deny a request, we will explain why.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information through the Site, please contact us through the contact form and we will delete it.
9. Changes and Contact
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will take effect upon posting.
